Riviera Come True provides fully private, custom-designed tours of the French Riviera. These conditions exist so that every guest knows exactly what to expect — before, during, and after the tour.

Terms and Conditions

Your Tour

  • Every tour is entirely private. Your group travels alone, never with strangers.
  • Your English-speaking host is both your professional driver and your expert local guide — one person, with you for the entire day.
  • Tours are conducted in a premium air-conditioned vehicle matched to your group: a luxury sedan for couples and small parties, or an 8-seater Mercedes-class minivan for larger groups.
  • Child and booster seats are available at no charge — please tell us the children’s ages when booking.
  • Your exact pickup point and time are confirmed personally by phone, WhatsApp, or email before your tour.

Booking and Payment

  • Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed on your itinerary and received your deposit. The deposit amount is confirmed with your personalized proposal.
  • The remaining balance is settled on the day of your tour, in cash or by secure payment link. Card payments are accepted every day of the week.

  • All guiding fees
  • Fuel, parking fees, and highway tolls
  • All taxes
  • Onboard refreshments

Not Included

  • Meals and personal purchases
  • Entrance fees to museums and monuments

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be sent by email to info@rivieracometrue.com. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
  • Cancel 72 hours or more before your tour: full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
  • Cancel within 72 hours of your tour: the deposit is retained.
  • No-show on the day of the tour: the full tour price is due.

Cruise Guests — Protected Booking

  • If your ship cannot dock or tender at the scheduled port, your tour is refunded in full.
  • We monitor your ship’s arrival and any itinerary changes ourselves — you don’t need to alert us.
  • Every shore excursion is planned to return you to your port at least 90 minutes before your final tender or all-aboard time. In more than a decade, we have never missed a ship.

Good to Know

  • Guests are insured during transportation in our vehicles.
  • Riviera Come True cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control. We always adapt the day to protect your experience — and umbrellas are onboard in case of rain.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
